About Island View

Island View (Trem Ynys) is a 5 bed boutique home situated in Mynytho, (5 minutes away from the vibrant Aberosoch village)

Surrounded by beautiful scenic vistas and situated in a small friendly cul de sac, in the middle of the countryside. With the most stunning views over St Tudwalls Islands and the beach to one side and Hells Mouth to the other.

The house has recently been renovated and furnished in a Coastal Chic style

Bedroom One - King sized bed with beautiful sea views on the ground floor

Bedroom Two - sleepover room featuring 2 double beds bespoke built single bunks above. Equally perfect for children's sleepover as it is for a twin bedroom. (Sleeps up to 6 )

Bedroom Three - single room with option to be made up as a twin with stunning garden and countryside views on the ground floor.

Bedroom four - super king sized bed with stunning views of St Tudwals islands and Hells mouth. (up stairs)

Bedroom five - King sized bed with stunning views of St Tudwals islands. (Up stairs)

There is a family bathroom and additional toilet on the ground floor and a further bathroom with shower upstairs. There is also an outside shower to clean up after the beach!!

The brand new fitted kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor deck areas have ample seating for dozens of you to enjoy the scenery with a glass of Champagne.

There is a large lawn and decking area as part of the fully enclosed garden. Perfect for outside dining and sunbathing. Cook fresh pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven or grill some steaks and sausages from the local butchers or farm shops near by on the BBQ.

Relax in the 6 seater hot tub outside or go for the many walks surrounding Island view.

There are ample places to eat in Abersoch village and several pubs near by to enjoy. (although in peak season we recommend you prebook any dinners)

All stays include a complimentary bottle of South African Graham Beck Rose, fire wood and lighters for the wood burner in the lounge area and a welcome pack of Tea/ coffee, sugar and cleaning essentials.

All bedding, towels and bathroom toiletries are included. We have hot water bottles to warm you up after you've been in the Hot tub outside.

All stays begin on a Friday and are for a minimum 1 week only. If you require anything different from this please email us at [email protected] (please note check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am.

Please note the two upstairs bedrooms are not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility due to the steep staircase. (Stair gates are available in the house)

There are instructions for safe use of the Hot Tub at the house - please read them before use to ensure the chemical balance of the water is safe and correct.

Island View is our home as well as a holiday let and we are sure you will look after it as we do. Please note some of the kitchen cupboards, wardrobes and drawers in the room (signified with a small padlock sign on them) are locked when the house is rented out.
